4 Bolt Connecting Rod Torque Procedure:
Use the following procedure to tighten the connecting rod bolts:
1. Before assembly, lubricate the threads of the bolt and the seating faces of the caps with the clean engine oil.
2. Torque the bolt (1) and the bolt (3) to 70 ± 4 N·m (50 ± 3 lb ft).
3. Torque the bolt (2) and the bolt (4) to 70 ± 4 N·m (50 ± 3 lb ft).
4. Rotate the bolt (2) and the bolt (4) for an additional 60 ± 5 degrees.
5. Again, tighten the bolt (1) and the bolt (3) to 70 ± 4 N·m (50 ± 3 lb ft).
6. Rotate the bolt (1) and the bolt (3) for an additional 60 ± 5 degrees.

Injector Sleeves Removal:
Remove injectors. Mark rocker arm bridge assemblies for reassembly reference, and remove bridges. Install Puller Bridge (9U7260) onto injector sleeve. Install Thrust Bearing (9U6877), Washer (5P8247) and Nut (4K0367) over bridge. Tighten nut until sleeve is pulled from cylinder head. Remove tooling. Repeat for remaining injectors.

Installation:
Inspect fuel injector sleeve "O" ring seals. Replace as needed. Ensure injector sleeve and cylinder bore are free of dirt, oil and debris. Install Puller Stud (9U7259) on threads of injector. Apply Anti-Sieze Compound (5P3931) to "O" ring seals and seal groove. Apply Retaining Compound (9S3265) around bottom lip of sleeve.
Position tooling and injector sleeve into cylinder head. Use hand force to push sleeve into bore. With sleeve properly positioned, use Driver Cap (9U7258) and hammer to drive injector sleeve into seat. Clean any compound from bores or sleeve. Install injectors. Install rocker arm assemblies and make any necessary adjustments. Install valve cover.
