Each injector is completely remanufactured. The control valves for every injector are examined under a microscope to verify that they are flawless. If the slightest flaw is identified, the control valve is replaced. After reassembly, each injector is thoroughly tested on state of the art testing equipment.
The remanufacturing process addresses all common failures in the OEM design. Components that typically cause failures are replaced with new components and upgrades are often incorporated into the remanufacturing process to be sure parts will withstand the rigors that commercial vehicles are constantly subjected to.
