New DuraWRX ASPFL-2383 analog DEF header for 6-gallon diesel exhaust fluid tanks with a 90 mm hose-bead opening on 2014-2020 Freightliner 114SD and Western Star 4700 and 4800 trucks with Detroit DD13 engines. Replaces Freightliner 04-30774-000. This is the 18 in header with a 1/4 in DEF suction fitting.

Two hard fitment gates apply:

1/4 in DEF suction fitting. Freightliner 6-gallon hose-bead tanks with Detroit engines use two 18 in DuraWRX headers that look alike. This one has a 1/4 in DEF suction fitting and fits 2014-2020 trucks. The 2016-2024 version has a 5/16 in suction fitting, and we also stock it. Check the suction line fitting and the Freightliner number on your old header before ordering.

Hose-bead tank. This header fits a 6-gallon tank with a 90 mm hose-bead opening. It does not fit six-bolt or SAE-flange tanks.

Other versions available: DuraWRX 2016-2024 hose-bead header with a 5/16 in suction fitting; DuraWRX SAE-flange headers for 13- and 23-gallon Freightliner Detroit tanks.
