Two hard fitment gates apply:
Detroit engines with a coolant control valve header. This analog header has the coolant control valve built in, and it is set up for Detroit engines. Freightliner Cummins trucks of the same years use a Cummins version with a coolant control valve, and 2020-and-later Detroit trucks use an analog header without the valve. We stock both. Check the Freightliner number on your old header, and look for the separate coolant valve connector, before ordering.
SAE J2587 flange tank. This header bolts to a 13- or 23-gallon tank with an SAE J2587 flange. It does not fit hose-bead or six-bolt tanks.
